Ticketzum is operated by EFG Group Ltd, Ground Floor 5 North Court, Armstrong Road, Maidstone, England, ME15 6JZ. Contact: support@ticketzum.com. These terms form a binding agreement between you and EFG Group Ltd.

Ticketzum provides the ticketing platform only and is not the organiser of any event unless expressly stated. The organiser named on the event listing is solely responsible for the event.

You may use Ticketzum only in accordance with these terms and all applicable UK laws. You must be at least 16 years old to create an account. We may update, add or remove features at any time to keep the service reliable and secure.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorised access.

Organiser accounts let you publish an event page, list events, sell tickets and check attendees in. Organisers must provide accurate business and contact information and complete Stripe Connect onboarding before receiving payouts.

Customer accounts store your past ticket purchases and let you re-download QR tickets and wallet passes. Guest checkout remains available; you can create an account at any time and any past guest orders made with the same verified email will automatically link to your account.

Organisers are responsible for the accuracy of every event listing (title, description, imagery, date, venue, ticket types, prices, capacity and any age or entry restrictions). Ticketzum may remove listings that breach these terms, appear fraudulent or infringe third-party rights.

When a customer buys a ticket, the sales contract is between the customer and the organiser. Ticketzum facilitates the sale, collects payment via Stripe and delivers the ticket electronically.

Payments are processed by Stripe Payments UK Ltd under Stripe Connect. Organisers must accept Stripe's Connected Account Agreement. Ticket funds are transferred to the organiser's Stripe account net of the Ticketzum booking fee, on Stripe's payout schedule.

Ticketzum charges a tiered booking fee, added to each paid ticket at checkout: £0.75 for tickets priced £9.99 or below and £1.49 for tickets priced £10 or above. Free tickets have no booking fee. The fee is paid by the buyer, shown separately from the ticket price. Free tickets carry no fee. There are no listing fees, monthly subscriptions or percentage cuts.

Organisers are solely responsible for:

• The event itself, including planning, staffing and delivery.
• Venue compliance, capacity limits and safe operation.
• All required licences, permits and insurances.
• Health, safety and safeguarding at the event.
• Accurate event information published on the listing.
• Handling customer enquiries, refunds and cancellations.
• Compliance with all applicable laws, including consumer protection, tax and data protection.

If an organiser cancels an event, they must refund ticket holders promptly. Ticketzum will support the organiser in issuing refunds via Stripe. Booking fees for cancelled events are refunded to customers.

If an event is postponed, tickets normally remain valid for the rescheduled date. Customers who cannot attend the new date may request a refund from the organiser, subject to consumer law.

Refund decisions are made by the organiser except where UK consumer law requires otherwise (for example, cancelled events or materially changed events). Ticketzum does not itself issue refunds outside of these circumstances.

Any fraudulent activity — including chargeback abuse, fake listings, or use of stolen payment credentials — will result in immediate suspension and may be reported to Stripe and the relevant authorities.

• Reselling tickets above face value or in breach of an organiser's terms.
• Scraping, reverse-engineering or attempting to disrupt the platform.
• Uploading unlawful, defamatory or infringing content.
• Impersonating another person, business or organiser.
• Using Ticketzum to sell tickets for unlawful events.

Ticketzum, its logos and all platform content (excluding organiser and user content) are owned by EFG Group Ltd. Organisers grant Ticketzum a worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, display and promote the content they upload for the purpose of operating the platform.

We may suspend or terminate any account that breaches these terms, poses a security risk, is subject to a Stripe restriction, or repeatedly generates chargebacks or customer complaints. We will notify the account holder where lawful to do so.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Ticketzum's total liability arising out of or in connection with the platform is limited to the greater of (a) the booking fees paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim, or (b) £100. Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any liability that cannot be limited by law.

These terms are governed by the laws of England & Wales. The courts of England & Wales have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute.
