These cookies are strictly necessary to run Ticketzum. They cannot be turned off in our systems.

• Session and authentication — keep you signed in to your account.
• Checkout selection — remember the tickets in your basket while you complete purchase.
• Security — protect against cross-site request forgery and abuse.

These remember preferences that improve your experience — for example, your active organiser workspace in the dashboard, or a dismissed setup task. Disabling them may reduce site functionality.

Where enabled, analytics cookies help us understand aggregated, anonymised usage so we can improve the platform. We do not use analytics cookies to identify individual visitors.

Ticketzum does not currently set third-party advertising or tracking cookies. If this changes we will update this policy and, where required, ask for your consent before setting them.

• Session cookies expire when you close the browser.
• Persistent cookies last up to 12 months unless you delete them sooner.
• Auth tokens stored in local storage persist until you sign out.

You can clear or block cookies in your browser settings at any time. Blocking essential cookies will prevent you from signing in or completing a ticket purchase. To sign out from every device, use the Sign out option in your account menu.
